We kick off the class with a quick visit to the local market. This isn't your usual guided tour – we want you to truly experience the freshness of the ingredients and explore at your own pace after the class. Please keep a close eye on your belongings as this is a hot spot for theft. They are fast and clever so please be aware!
Now, about beverages. We are not a bar, so our drink options are a bit limited to Sangria, juice, or water. But no need to fret! We do have a non-alcoholic alternative available. Just let our friendly staff know your preference, and they'll happily create a delightful non-alcoholic sangria for you.
We take food allergies and preferences seriously, both for your sake and ours. We understand that certain ingredients, like pork in our tapas or seafood in our dishes, might not suit everyone. Please inform your chef of any dietary restrictions, and we'll ensure your needs are accommodated.
Feel free to capture moments with your camera, but please refrain from recording lengthy videos during the class. This helps protect everyone's privacy and maintains a focused atmosphere. If you do post, be sure to add us @gablabbcn on all major social channels.
Our class usually runs for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, and we kindly ask for your understanding in sticking to our schedule. Another group may be eagerly awaiting their culinary class and we need time to prepare for their arrival. Let's make the most of our time together and savor every moment!
