Here's How It Works:
Carve Your Masterpiece: Grab your pumpkin, get carving, and let your creativity run wild!
Snap & Submit: Take a high-quality photo of your finished pumpkin and submit it through our online portal. Before the 22:00 CET on 28OCT
Share Your Creation: Tag us on your favorite social channel. Voting will take place as we ask our guests, online community and panel of judges to vote for their favorite pumpkin. 29OCT-01NOV
Winners Announced: Someone will walk away with the grand prize worth over 150 plus winners across 3 categories 02NOV

From horror-inspired faces to spooky scenes, the goal is to make a pumpkin that gives everyone goosebumps. The most spine-chilling, eerie, and downright terrifying pumpkin design wins here.
Funniest Pumpkin
This category is all about humor and levity! Create pumpkins that make people laugh or smile, whether through funny expressions, jokes, or unexpected props.
Most Creative Pumpkin
This category rewards unique and innovative designs. Participants should think outside the box, using unconventional carving techniques, materials, or themes that surprise the audience.

Terms and Conditions for the Fright Night Pumpkin Showdown – Virtual Edition
By participating in the Fright Night Pumpkin Showdown – Virtual Edition hosted by GAB LAB, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Open to all ages, but participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent.
This is a virtual contest, so participants can submit from any location. However, only participants who drop off their pumpkin in Barcelona are eligible for discount tickets to the Fright Night Halloween Event and based on availability.
2. Registration and Entry
Each participant must register through our online portal and submit their pumpkin photo by the deadline specified.
Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
Entry is free, but additional discounts and perks are available only for eligible participants.
3. Pumpkin Submission Requirements
All pumpkins must be carved by the participant. Pre-decorated, painted, or digitally altered photos are not permitted.
Photos must be clear and well-lit to show off your pumpkin design accurately. Blurry or unclear photos may be disqualified.
4. Judging Criteria and Prizes
Judging will be based on the following categories: Scariest Pumpkin, Funniest Pumpkin, Most Creative Pumpkin, and Classic Jack-O'-Lantern.
Winners will be announced on GAB LAB’s social media channels, and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Judges’ decisions are final and non-negotiable.
5. Discount Ticket Eligibility for Barcelona Residents
Participants in Barcelona who wish to receive discount tickets for the Fright Night Halloween Event must drop off their carved pumpkin at GAB LAB by the submission deadline.
Discount tickets are subject to availability and will be provided upon pumpkin drop-off.
6. Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants, especially when dropping off pumpkins.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification from the contest.
7. Media Release
By submitting your photo, you grant GAB LAB permission to use your pumpkin’s image for promotional purposes across social media, websites, and other materials.
You agree that no compensation will be provided for these promotional uses.
8. Liability
GAB LAB is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the carving process or during the transportation of pumpkins for drop-off.
Participants assume all risks related to carving and submitting pumpkins.
9. Cancellation and Changes
GAB LAB reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest, judging criteria, or these terms and conditions at its discretion.
In case of changes, participants will be notified via email or social media.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and submitting a pumpkin for the Fright Night Pumpkin Showdown – Virtual Edition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
